Originally from Munich, Germany, I finished my masters in Business Intelligence at Aarhus University, Denmark, in Summer 2020.
In my youth, I was part of the German National Cycling Team. I still have a big passion for riding my bike but also discovered my love for data (and #Rstats).
The latter motivated me to take on my masters in Denmark as well as self-study in the area of Machine Learning and Data Visualizations.
For me, the transition from an athlete to a career in data was logical. In sports, new methods and sensors provide more data than ever. For me, it was always interesting to analyse this data to understand and improve my performance on the bike. I want to carry this methodology into my professional career.
